Over 90% of VIBGYOR’s production is exported to discerning buyers in Europe, USA, Brazil, Canada and Australia. Our superior quality products are manufactured in line with buyer’s stipulated standards and compliant with local government regulations.
We are under process for getting the
BSCI AN FEDX Certifications as an assurance to our commitment of standardisation.

For Rachna, VIBGYOR isn’t just a brand, it’s a passion and commitment that is evident in every part of the business. Whether it’s nurturing the company as a whole, upgrading the skills of the employees or putting in that extra time and effort into making sure the clients are delivered the best possible product, Rachna has done it tirelessly for the past 25 years.
Her vision for the company sees it evolve and adapt, through the best and worst of times, always coming out on top. Nurturing human resources and identifying talent is her speciality and this is echoed throughout the company.
“For us, as a company, it’s always been about the clients. Nothing gives us more pleasure than seeing one of their designs being crafted into an actual garment. Quality is our prime focus and I ensure that every garment is of a standard that I would want to own and wear.”

ANURADHA CHANDRA FOUNDER
Anuradha, or Anu as she is fondly known, started VIBGYOR Styles in 1991 at the age of 26. The company was established with hope, passion and idealism along with an uncompromising desire to create an operation which was ethical, transparent and obsessed with quality.
Watching it evolve over the various troughs and falls, she believes we have managed to adhere to our vision. Having handed over the reins to Rachna in the year 2000, VIBGYOR has remained a labour of love for Anu. She continues to guide the vision and provides support when needed, even from a distance.
“Vibgyor was my baby and I am incredibly proud of the strong vibrant adult it is becoming. I am now in the throes of bringing up another start up called Mum & You based out of the UK and I hope that these two half sisters will always live to the same values and support each other.”
CHANDI PRASAD CHIEF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Also known as the document expert for the company since over the past 24 years, Chandi Prasad’s vigilant book keeping and control on the financials has been the key for VIBGYOR to have tidied over many financial upheavals and challenges.
With a futuristic approach and keeping in with touch with global trends in economies, particularly in the Garment Industry, Chandi Prasad is truly an ace manager. He enjoys complete trust of the clients as well as employees at each level of the organisation.
“I cannot imagine life without VIBGYOR, it’s as much family to me as I am to the company. I take immense pride in being a part of a team that is dedicated to giving only the best to the customer.”
PURAN HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Has been a part of Team VIBGYOR for over 25 years. Having joined the organisation as an assistant production manager, today he manages both the Fabric and Accessories store for the brand. When he joined the company 25 years ago, Puran would have never imagined he would eventually head the department in procurement.
Recognizing his skill set and training him for the role was done effectively by VIBGYOR’s management and personally by Rachna, helping him achieve the confidence of clients and internal teams equally.

BALARAM TECHNICAL MANAGER
A competent qualified pattern master, a role which is integral and vital to the production and sampling unit. Balram’s abilities have been appreciated by Indian as well as international designers.
With a high level of understanding of technique, fits, cuts and drapes of fabric, Balram has had a 15 years old association with the company. He spearheads a team of six and oversees the production vis-à-vis the approved sample.

Our Social Responsibilities
HEALTH & SAFETY
Adapting our working methods to meet the recent pandemic situation, we are pleased to announce that our facilities are operational in line with Covid-19 precautionary measures of social distancing, mask usage, temperature checking and daily sanitisation.
Our manufacturing unit is fully fire safety compliant, with all the necessary equipment and internal training. We also comply to all requirements of the labour laws in India.
SUSTAINABILITY
It is our commitment for the next generation to move into a more sustainable way of life and leave a greener habitable world. We have successfully taken initiatives to convince brand partners to transition to sustainable eco-friendly fabrics & threads and environmentally friendly printing dyes.
We have built a strong supplier chain of Certified Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and been active partners in promoting natural fibres and innovative fabrics.
