The Process

Our design consultants work with you to fine tune nuances of your sketch and to fully comprehend the requirements. With a view on adaptability of the fashion onto variable sizing and fits, they suggest edits, if required. Prior to commencing work, at VIBGYOR, we ensure a complete understanding of the client’s vision. After in-depth discussions, specifically on stich technique, patterns, fabrics, trims, finishes and value-added services, the style gets into processing.

Once the design is final, our team proceeds to source the most appropriate fabric. Be it a women’s dress, a child’s tunic or a men’s golf polo, each fabric is carefully selected keeping in mind its end use. Evaluating amongst a diverse range of fabrics and choosing either sustainable bamboo for its softness or selecting a silk piece for its richness. We deal with merchants across India, China, Hong Kong and Portugal to find the perfect synergy.

Sampling is the most important part of our process and with an industry norm at about 50%, at VIBGYOR, we usually achieve an 85% success rate on our first sample. This itself defines our work ethic in understanding the client’s need at the very outset. We provide a sampling service to all our clients, irrespective of the size of their order. A snip and a tuck and we are ready to roll!

With in-house capabilities for a comprehensive CMT (Cut, Make & Trim) Service, team VIBGYOR works on the client’s specifications to achieve all required parameters that measure up to the customers vision of the garment . Working under the guidance of our fabrication experts, we strictly adhere to all manufacturing standards to a high precision. The production team oversees every step along the way ensuring that the sample quality is perfectly replicated in larger numbers.

Each team member sets themselves a high benchmark of quality as the product passes through their hands.
